The Novel
I have too many hobbies to write about — so I'm writing a book instead.
I’m an individual with many hobbies — enough that I could write a book about them all. So, naturally, one of my hobbies is writing a novel.
Writing fiction uses a completely different set of muscles than writing product specs. A PRD wants clarity, brevity, and zero ambiguity; a novel wants texture, tension, and things left unsaid. Going back and forth between the two has made me better at both.
The novel is still in progress, and I’m keeping the plot close to my chest for now. Ask me about it in person — or wait for the acknowledgments page.
